biography
dan obtained a ph.d. in business administration from zhejiang university in 2012. her research focus is service innovation, servitization, and strategic management. and her research has appeared in the international journal of production economics, journal of management & organization, innovation: management, policy & practice, and the service industry journal. dan is a reviewer of journal of manufacturing technology management, journal of management & organization, the service industries journal, and asian business & management. she teaches strategic management, management communication, and technological innovation management. she also has served to the business administration major for international students in hangzhou dianzi university.
